About Me
Tom Quigley, state representative for the 146th Legislative District, was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2004. Rep. Quigley’s goals while in office are to work toward eliminating school property taxes, improving the business climate through legal, regulatory and business tax reform, protecting open spaces, and bolstering the state’s economy through job creation. He serves on the House Appropriations, Education, Human Services and Liquor Control committees.    

Public service is nothing new to Quigley. Previously, he was elected as mayor of Royersford in 2001. He also served as a Royersford Borough Councilman from 1999 to 2001.   

Prior to his election to the state House, Quigley worked in the private sector for an investment firm as a project leader. 

He earned a Master of Business Administration from Philadelphia University in 1993 and bachelor’s degree in business management from Philadelphia University in 1986.  

Born and raised in the Philadelphia region, Quigley resides in Royersford, where he is a member of the Sacred Heart Church. 

The 146th Legislative District in Montgomery County includes Limerick, Lower PottsgrovePottstown, Royersford, Upper PottsgroveWest Pottsgrove, and a portion of New Hanover
